Governance structures

  • UNESCO Stakeholder Response Mechanism
    Lead facilitator and author of the procedures for the mechanism handling stakeholder grievances and complaints on UNESCO operations. Adopted 2025.
  • UNESSnet governance
    Lead author of the foundational governance procedures of the UN Network of Focal Points on Environmental & Social Sustainability in Programmes. Endorsed by 13 UN entities.
  • WFP Decarbonization Fund
    Lead facilitator and author of the fund’s governance structure, decision-making and resource allocation mechanism. Established 2023; allocates USD 2.5 million per year.

Corporate strategies

  • Strategy for Sustainability Management in the UN System
    Lead facilitator and author of the UN-wide strategy. Endorsed by 52 UN entities and used as a benchmark for corporate sustainability strategies.
  • WFP Environmental Plan of Action 2030
    Lead facilitator and author of the corporate strategy. Endorsed by the WFP Executive Director in 2024; expected to lead to USD 75 million in cost reduction.

Risk management frameworks

  • UNIDO Environmental and Social Safeguards Policy and Procedures
    Lead facilitator and author of the updated policy and procedures. Ongoing.
  • UNESSnet Protocol for the Use of AI in Risk Assessments
    Lead author of the protocol for the UN system. Discussions ongoing.
  • UNESCO Environmental & Social Sustainability Framework
    Lead facilitator and author. Adopted 2026.
  • WFP Environmental & Social Sustainability Framework
    Lead facilitator and author. Adopted 2021.
